Swiss multicultural employee event.

Employees from over 10 nations enjoyed a summer event, which has been organized by themselves. At the lake of Neuchâtel, the colleagues from the production plant in Lyss, spent quality time with their families by networking, listening to music, dancing and tasting self-made delicacies from all over the world.

In their daily life, they ensure a smooth running of the fineblanking production plant in Lyss (CH) and contribute to the success of the Feintool group. Working hand in hand together is a key factor of being successful. Employees proved their teamwork by organizing a summer event in Delley-Portalban at Lake Neuchâtel under the motto “Multiculture” last weekend – from the planning to the implementation and the clean-up of the area.

At the buffet with specialties from around the world, family members and relatives discovered sweet baklava, local bratwurst, lahmacun as well as salad creations based on proven family recipes – everything was shared and tasted. A successful event doesn’t just offer culinary delights, it also provides entertainment. The some 300 guests joined in Albanian folk dances with a local dance group, attempted the salsa as well as bachata dances and marveled at the skills of oriental belly dancers.

Stojan Cvetkovic, heat treatment manager, served drinks at the bar and concludes: “The summer event was a nice experience – not just because the team was able to develop the entire event concept itself, but also because the good atmosphere generated by the day can still be felt. It was a true family get-together.”

Feintool is an internationally active market leader in the technologies of fineblanking, forming and sheet metal stamping for processing steel sheets.
