Via this page, employees of the Feintool Group receive our remote support and encrypted access to mail and/or data via the Internet.
Access to these services does not work from the company network, but only if you are directly connected to the Internet. If you have any questions or problems, please contact the Feintool IT team in Lyss, +41 32 387 52 12.
For quick help with IT problems while traveling on business, we provide Remote Support. All you have to do is click on the link below and select the Run option. Afterwards you have to tell the IT support employee your Teamviewer ID, which will be displayed in the Teamviewer Quicksupport page.
