Feintool’s new fineblanking press «FB one» awarded at EuroBLECH 2018.

Highly precise, eco-friendly and now a champion at this year’s industry-leading exhibition in Hanover – presenting the «FB one» fineblanking press. Feintool’s newest development reaches top ranking at «Award at EuroBLECH 2018» in the «Forming- and Stamping Technics, Equipment & Machinery» category. The award ceremony took place on 23 October at the exhibition in Hanover.

Fineblanking, redefined: The «FB one» needs almost 50 percent less oil than previous hydraulic presses, consumes up to a third less power, offers higher stroke rates, saves space, can be incorporated easily into existing production environments and is easier to operate. In short: it represents a quantum leap in every dimension. This newly developed fineblanking press is officially being launched and presented to the expert audience at EuroBLECH 2018, which runs from 23 to 26 October at the exhibition grounds in Hanover.

Kicking off the 25th International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition, the convention center played host to the EuroBLECH 2018 award ceremony on Tuesday, 23 October. This award is presented in recognition of innovation. Feintool has been honored in the «Forming- and Stamping Technics, Equipment & Machinery» category with its newest development of fineblanking press «FB one». This is the ninth year that the award has been presented by special interest media.

Markus Schaltegger, Head of Fineblanking Technology, accepted the honor on behalf of his team: «All our expertise, experience and every bit of our ingenuity flowed into the FB one.
