Renaming completed: Feintool System Parts Jessen GmbH.

The former Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH is now called “Feintool System Parts Jessen GmbH.” The change of name represents another step in the integration of the new business into the Feintool Group.

The almost 200 employees of Feintool System Parts Jessen GmbH are now officially part of the Feintool Group. “Every single employee is needed and valued. We will sustainably strengthen and expand the Jessen site in the future. There is a lot to do,” says Knut Zimmer, CEO of the Feintool Group.

Feintool is investing in the growth market of e-mobility
With the acquisition of the Jessen site, Feintool is expanding its strategic business areas in addition to fineblanking and forming into the market for electric motor components. The newly acquired technological know-how will be expanded first in Europe and then globally. Feintool is thus strengthening its position as an automotive supplier and offering its customers global solutions for electric motors as well as hybrid and combustion engines. In addition, System Parts Jessen GmbH continues to consistently pursue its established business with industrial customers.

System Parts Jessen GmbH has already made a good start in the marketplace. For example, electric tractors from a well-known manufacturer will be fitted with motor cores from Jessen from now on.

An occasion for local representatives and employees
With yesterdays’s symbolic “topping-out ceremony,” held on the occasion of the name change and the assembly of the first new logos, Feintool shows it commitment to the Jessen site. Yesterday, the management answered questions from local representatives and celebrated with the employees.

Feintool is an internationally active market leader in the technologies of fineblanking, forming and sheet metal stamping for processing steel sheets.
