CCMI congress 2020: Fineblanking expertise shared in china.
An important element of the successful fineblanking process chain is the part and waste removal, especially at high stroke rates. Feintool experts shared their longtermed knowledge at the 13th Annual Conference of the Fineblanking Confederation of the Chinese Metalworking Industry (CCMI) in Foshan – an important event for the fineblanking industry in China.
What do you need to consider in a successful fineblanking operation with regard to part removal and simultaneous scrap removal within a press? Be aware of this important element as early as when setting up a production line. Feintool’s removal systems – developed especially for the fineblanking and forming process – optimize parts handling and guarantee, that parts are removed without being damaged even at very high stroke rates. Specialists from Feintool shared the latest experiences at the CCMI in November 2020. Around 130 fineblankers from all over the country met in Foshan, China. Yudi Tan, General Manager of Feintool Fineblanking Technology Shanghai Co, Ltd. draws a positive conclusion from the meeting: “It is the largest event for the fineblanking industry in China. We are therefore very pleased to share the technical expertise we have built up over many years with representatives of the industry and thus contribute to their success. We also appreciate the intensive dialogue with the colleagues regarding trends in presses, tools and materials.”
