Best Quality Award – renowned Japanese customer honours Feintool.

Feintool Japan received the “Best Quality Award” from the automotive supplier Imasen for outstanding quality management. Feintool has delivered 115 million parts to Imasen in one year without any objections.

Takamitsu Sakurai, President of Imasen Electric Industrial Co, Ltd. personally handed over the certificate to Marcel Pernici, Head of System Parts Asia at the Feintool plant in Tokoname. Sakurai emphasized that Imasen had not had a single quality complaint against Feintool for two years. “We are very proud to receive this valuable award from Imasen,” said Marcel Pernici. “Everyone working in our industry is aware that such an award in Ja-pan can only be achieved with great teamwork and strict discipline.

Imasen is a leader in the production of seat mechanisms and supplies automotive manufacturers such as Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Subaru with the corresponding components. Feintool manufactures mainly seat adjuster parts for Imasen in Japan and China.
