Feintool held its annual Customer Symposium in Nashville, TN on November 6-7, 2018. The two-day event included guest speakers, a private tour and dinner at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and a plant tour of the Feintool Nashville manufacturing facility. Approximately 40 guests representing 18 highly-valued customers and prospects came ready to learn, eat, and enjoy some country music.

Students from the 5th to the 7th grades were invited to accompany their caregivers to discover the world of work on November 8, National Future Day.

The rise of the smart vehicle also influences the interior design and technologies of automobiles. At the Automotive Interiors Expo from October 23-25, 2018 in Navi, Michigan, USA, Feintool exhibited important parts regarding the safety of the interior of a car: the structural seat frame, track, and recliner components.

The former Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH is now called “Feintool System Parts Jessen GmbH.” The change of name represents another step in the integration of the new business into the Feintool Group.

In the first nine months of the 2018 financial year, Feintool increased its net sales by 13.4% (in local currency by 11.0%) to CHF 510.4 million compared to the previous year. Acquisitions contributed CHF 10.5 million or 2.3 percentage points to growth. The high-volume parts segment increased its net sales by 10.3%. The capital goods business confirmed its significant upward trend with a 28.1% increase in net sales.

At the IZB Wolfsburg from 16 to 18 October 2018, Feintool presented innovative solutions as a supplier to the automotive industry. There was intensive dialogue at the trade fair as well as at the Feintool stand about the industry's digital transformation.

Feintool’s newest development reaches top ranking at «Award at EuroBLECH 2018» in the «Forming- and Stamping Technics, Equipment & Machinery» category. The award ceremony took place on 23 October at the exhibition in Hanover.

Feintool International Holding AG1 as successfully placed 451,871 new shares sourced from existing authorized capital by way of an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. The shares were sold in a private placement at 112.50 per new share. The gross proceeds from the placement amount to CHF 50.8 m.

Feintool International Holding AG¹ today announced the launch of an accelerated bookbuilding for the placement of up to 451,871 new registered shares with a par value of CHF 10.00 each. The net proceeds from the capital increase will be used to partially re-finance the acquisition of Stanzwerk Jessen GmbH.

In the first half of 2018, the technology company increased its net sales by 13.6 percent year-on-year to CHF 337.3 million. In local currency, organic growth amounts to 7.3%. The operating earnings (EBIT) in the same period increased by 14.4% to CHF 25.7 million. Feintool also expects to see positive business development for the year as a whole.

On July 13, 2018 Germany’s Federal Cartel Office approved the acquisition of Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH by the Feintool Group. The acquisition contract signed on June 27, 2018 was closed yesterday.
