• Support of the production area (foundry) from the quality side: analysis of rejects, coordination of measurements, updating of documentation, holding / organizing trainings if necessary,
• Participation in the management of customer / internal complaints, their investigation and administration,
• Preparation of quality reports,
• Monitoring of KPIs, development of action plans in case of deviations, follow-up,
• Optimization of internal processes,
• Participation in external and internal audits,
• Process development mainly in the field of quality management
• Cooperation with fellow departments, the parent company, the customer, suppliers.
That's you
• Higher technical education, or in case of secondary education, relevant engineering experience,
• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing plant, of which at least 1 year of relevant experience in the industry.
• Intermediate level of English language knowledge
• Knowledge of applied quality techniques – Control Plan, FMEA, SPC
• Process-oriented work,
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills,
• Independent analytical and decision-making skills,
• Proficiency in operating ISO9001 systems.
