We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Tool and Die Apprentices.

Position Summary
The Tool and Die Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced Tool and Die Makers to learn the skills required to build, repair, and maintain precision tooling used in high-volume manufacturing. This position is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a long-term skilled trades career with strong growth and earning potential.
What we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and repair of dies, tooling, fixtures, and gauges
- Learn to operate manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM equipment
- Support troubleshooting of tooling issues to minimize production downtime
- Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, tool drawings, and work instructions
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship coursework as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in skilled trades
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced craftsmen
- Ability to read basic measurements and use hand tools
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
- Enrollment in or completion of a technical or vocational program related to machining or tool and die
- Basic blueprint reading or machining experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, oils, and machinery
