Your tasks
- Application of LEAN philosophy and tools (VSM, 5S+1S, Kanban, Jidoka, Muda),
- Optimisation of production processes, efficiency improvement,
- Assessment, analysis and improvement of current processes,
- Application of problem solving tools (e.g. PDCA, Root Cause Analysis),
- Improving process efficiency and minimising losses,
- Design, implementation and monitoring of projects,
- Monitoring, analysing efficiency indicators and developing improvement recommendations,
- Organising and implementing internal trainings.
That's you
- College or university degree in engineering, economics or other relevant field,
- Fluent English or German,
- At least 3-year experience in Lean methodologies and process improvement,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Experience in project management,
- Knowledge of SAP or other business management systems is an advantage,
- High level of MS Office skills,
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
