We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and optimizing production output.

- Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining specifications and adjusting and reprogramming controls
• Monitor machine for problems and troubleshoot the problem
• Follow production instructions of supervisor to ensure quality
• Maintain quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area
• Compliant with ISO requirements per the training provided

Educational Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
