What you can expect.
- Further development and continuous optimization of multi-project management for international IT projects such as carve-in/out, SAP S/4 HANA and AI implementation
- Taking on project management functions for our IT and digitalization projects, from planning, coordination, management, documentation and control over the entire project lifecycle through to successful project acceptance
- Ensuring that project goals are met in terms of time, quality and cost efficiency
- Identifying potential risks for current projects as well as the timely initiation of corrective measures and the coordination of dependencies and changes
- Very close cooperation with cross-site IT, business units and specialist departments
- Responsibility for stakeholder communication as well as setting up project reporting and implementation in the organization
What you bring with you.
- You have completed a relevant apprenticeship, your studies or comparable training
- You have experience in risk management, requirements analysis and conception
- Sound project expertise in IT infrastructure and SAP S/4
- You have very good communication skills in German and English
- You have already acquired change management skills and are characterized by a confident and professional appearance, also in the context of escalation and critical project situations
- You have a process-analytical, solution-oriented and conceptual mindset
- Ideally, you have certifications in project management and agile methods
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment and are willing to travel occasionally
