FB one expands horizons.

Energy-saving hydraulic drive, high rigidity and minimal cutting impact – three of numerous key advantages of the FB one fineblanking press that Feintool recently launched on the market. On 8th and 9th April 2019, Markus Schaltegger, Head of Feintool Technologie AG, attended the “Kongress Stanztechnik” in Dortmund with his team. In a specialist presentation, he outlined the technological and production-oriented advantages of the FB one, while the latest trends in fineblanking technology were demonstrated at the booth.

By introducing the FB one, the technology of fineblanking has reached a new level of performance, which makes the high-precision and economical fineblanking even more attractive – as highlighted to a specialized audience by Markus Schaltegger, Head of Feintool Technologie AG, in his presentation at the “Kongress Stanztechnik” in Dortmund: “The FB one is a high-tech production system that opens up previously unattainable technical, process-related, and economic advantages. The process-optimized hydraulic direct drive, for example, permits shorter cycle times and higher stroke rates with reduced energy consumption.”

The congress lasted from April 8 – 9 and included not only comprehensive presentations on the topic of “stamping technology,” but also a specialist exhibition. Over 40 companies provided information on their latest developments. Feintool used its booth as a platform for discussion of the latest scientific findings with industry experts.

The “Kongress Stanztechnik” was taking place for the eleventh time and is oriented towards managers and experts from production, development, design and corporate management. Around 300 participants gathered in Dortmund this year to discuss the latest trends.
