Bernd Decker says: "We are convinced that these benefits promote the satisfaction and health of our employees and thus contribute to our long-term success. That’s why the sustainable perspective of health commitment is important to me. Also we are steadily developing the existing offer with new elements. By dialoging with our employees, we discover a great potential to enhance consciousness on health issues. With regular training programs we sensitize managers how significant the topic is. It is an integrated executive function to take seriously care of health management."
