"Feintool challenges and supports its employees. In 2003, I started working as a tool designer. After training in engineering and management, I have been leading the tool design in Atsugi since 2016. I also got the opportunity to visit European Feintool plants and exchange experiences internationally. My technical know-how is growing steadily and so are the challenges in my job.

For my latest project I’ve benefitted from the international Feintool network as well: Swiss and Japanese colleagues have been working together to achieve the best solution for our customer.

It is always a highlight to hold a successfully produced high-volume part in the hands, which was made with a tool that I have designed. It is great to see how a tool emerges from plans, is tested and finally used for serial production. And I’m always proud of the whole team of Feintool Japan achieving it."
