Feintool - Safety systems

Assembly for a pyrotechnic seat belt tensioner. We provided design consulting and prototyping services for this project and now supply series batches of the ready-to-use assembly. 

Lining plate developed in conjunction with a leading braking system manufacturer. The aim was to implement a manufacturing concept to reduce the weight of and cost-efficiently produce a novel brake backing plate.

Adjustable set of pedals consisting of several fineblanked parts. The parts were designed for cost-optimized production in a collaborative project between the customer and the Feintool engineering team.
