Chinese Feintool plant in Taicang successfully certified

At the end of 2012, the production plant Feintool Precision System Parts (Taicang) Co., Ltd. received the certificates of the environmental management system ISO 14001 and the quality management system ISO TS 16949. The audits had been realized by the world- leading Swiss certification company SGS covering all processes from the management through to every single press production. Within the international automotive industry the compliance to both quality management systems is an indispensable requirement for being a supplier. "Thanks to the certificates we have now an unrestrained access to these markets," says Xiangjun Bao, General Manager of the Taicang plant. There, Feintool is producing fineblanked and cold formed precision components for automotive drive trains and engines. Customers are international carmakers and important automotive suppliers, who are active on the Chinese market.
