Feintool - Martin Graf

"My job is to ensure Feintool’s pool of qualified technical specialists by training young recruits at the company’s site in Lyss. Our aims are to provide trainees with professional instruction, to work with them on implementing challenging orders that develop their talents, and to foster their social skills. Every year I am really pleased with our numerous graduates who have successfully completed what is truly a demanding phase of their lives.

I laid the foundation for my own career with an apprenticeship as a tool and die maker at Feintool. Over the years, my subsequent educational and training pursuits at Feintool in parallel with my regular work enabled me, among other aspirations, to complete my qualification as a Swiss certified industrial master craftsman. Today, as a vocational instructor, I take great pleasure in passing on my enthusiasm for training in skilled workmanship."
