"The challenge of my job is to provide our demanding automotive industry suppliers in Japan daily with thousands of safety components cut to high-precision standards with absolutely no quality deficiencies or complaints. 

As Chief Operations Officer, I enjoy the wide variety of tasks that my work calls for, the responsibility, and of course the technical challenges that fineblanking entails.

In the face of last year’s economic crisis, our teams comprised of staff and management bonded and worked together so well that we were able to overcome the difficult period without any layoffs or losses.
