As permanent, constituent elements of personnel development efforts at Feintool, training and continuing education serve to ensure that all employees are well equipped to meet any challenge the future may hold. Personnel development fosters long-term performance and learning abilities among employees at all levels.

  

The following basic principles apply to training and continuing education:

  • Each and every employee is responsible for developing his or her own skills and strengths. Employees are actively supported in their efforts by their administrative, functional and project managers within the framework of the defined corporate objectives. 

  • Training and continuing education measures empower our employees to:

  • Feintool collaborates with specialised continuing education institutions and offers a modular training programme. Training is provided by means of external courses if it is not possible or practical at the employee’s workplace.
